Sen. Jim Gray

Senator Jim Gray has a proven record of public service beginning with his service in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and his nearly 30 years at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.  He’s fought for taxpayers and families at the local level as a city councilor in Rochester and as a two term state representative for District 8 in Strafford County.


Now Senator Gray is serving his second term in as the state senator for New Hampshire’s 6th Senate District.  As a father of four, a grandfather of four, and a husband of 48 years; Senator Gray believes in strong family values and has worked to protect our state’s families. He serves on the Election Law & Municipal Affairs Committee and the Health & Human Services Committee. Senator Gray lives in Rochester.
